Celebrate Independence Day in Ludington with the Freedom Festival Parade and fireworks display over Lake Michigan. The parade steps off at 1 p.m. and features festive floats, animals, music and the famous Scottville Clown Band. The fireworks are visible from any local beach at dusk. The events are funded by donors and organized by the Ludington Area Jaycees.
