The Clear Lake / Jackson Lake Pathway is 7.5 miles long and is located 10 miles north of Atlanta. It runs from Clear Lake State Park to Jackson Lake State Forest Campground, and can be easily accessed at both of these points. A portion of this pathway is a part of the High Country Pathway, which is a 70-mile system in the Pigeon River State Forest. Visitors who are planning on cross-country skiing on the pathway are only allowed to do so on parts 2,6 and 7, while hiking and biking are permitted on all parts of the trail.
