Balloons Over Bellaire

Don’t forget your camera for this special two-day event as we welcome back 15+ hot air balloonists to Shanty Creek and Bellaire atop the slopes of Summit Mountain. Located behind the Lakeview Hotel from 6-8pm on Friday and Saturday evenings, teams of balloonists take flight, while the sky above Lake Bellaire comes alive with color.

Friday

• 6:30pm – 7:30 – Balloon launches from the alpine tubing hill behind The Lakeview Hotel.

Saturday

• 7:30am – Balloon flight over Torch Lake (Location TBD based on weather and wind conditions)
• 6:30pm – 7:30 – Balloon launches from the tubing hill behind The Lakeview Hotel.

Note: This event is weather dependent. There is no charge to attend. Parking is free. This is exclusively a spectator event, no balloon rides will be given.
