Grand Ledge Area District Library
The Grand Ledge Area District Library (GLADL) provides community support and enrichment through books, movies, music, electronic resources, and programming.
The main library is open 7 days a week located in downtown Grand Ledge, within walking distance to the Jaycee Riverfront Park or Island Park. Downtown includes several restaurants and shops. Online services are available 24/7. We offer free Wi-Fi and provide public computers with low cost printing capabilities. Faxing is available for .50 a page. Our copier makes black and white copies for .15 a page and color copies for .50 a page.
Library programs vary from storytimes year-round to special events for all ages! Browse our on-going Used Book Sale in the 1931 Room to donate to the library. GLADL participates in the MelCat visiting patron program to allow travelers to check out materials and return them to their home libraries. GLADL is also home to the Grand Ledge Area Historical Archives with collections on-site and easily accessible via our Local History website.
Stop by and relax in our friendly library - there’s always a quiet place to study or read and our peaceful children’s area always has lots of new items to explore!
