Awesome per usual
I have never been disappointed with the food or service at Carmelita's restaurant in Calumet. Their menu is extensive and the thimbleberry margaritas are fabulous.

Don’t bother
We arrived around 5:30pm Chips and salsa were basic, drinks were good. Then waited until after 7pm before had any food (actually I’m writing this as I wait) Yes, it was busy for a Wednesday night...

Does this place have repeat customers?
They should pay you to eat here. The food, food temps, and attitudes were horrendous! If you have a choice and decide on this place, it's your own fault.

A Great Spot
Always a favorite place. Great staff and food. If you can believe it outstanding hamburgers and steak for a Mexican restaurant. The Mexican food is great also.

Great Food and Thimbleberry Margarita
The Thimbleberry Margarita was really good. Nice to have something a little different. Great food at a reasonable price. Busy place with friendly service.
