Centerpointe Mall was completely renovated in 2001 and is the only enclosed shopping center in the Grand Rapids city limit. Centerpointe Mall features Michigan’s first Nordstrom Rack and other key value retail anchors including DSW Shoes, David’s Bridal, Old Navy, DEB, TJ Maxx, Golf Galaxy and Dunham's Sports.
