Overbooked

Good reasonably priced clean hotel
For this price this is a great hotel. Cheaper than the awful nearby Americinn which we had to leave and move to the Charlevoix Inn. My family has stayed at the Charlevoix Inn probably ten times...

Pass this one up
Bad location. Rooms face the highway and look run down. Traffic to Petoskey or Harbor Springs is horrendous! This place looks so uninviting. We paid for the night, but went somewhere else.

Our Charlevoix visit
Our room was a little outdated, but comfortable. Price was good and it was close to town. They had a good continental breakfast.
