Fifty years of memorabilia are housed in the museum, including vintage costumes, furniture, a blacksmith shop, bank and post office displays. An entire room is devoted to the area's railroad history. The dome of the Railroad Room is the original cupola from Escanaba's main depot. Outdoor displays include a logging sleigh, antique school bell and a rudder from one of the area's notable shipwrecks. The Delta County Archives includes a wealth of documents and photographs including newspapers, city directories, yearbooks, family scrapbook and oral histories. Open daily June 1 to Sept. 1. Next to Sand Point Lighthouse.

The museum was closed but crossed off another lighthouse off of my lighthouse map. Beautiful area with a nice park across the street.
