Operating since 1959 and heading into our 66th season, Famous Soo Locks Boat Tours offers a variety of cruises aboard our larger and more comfortable iconic yellow and blue tour boats. Make your visit to the U.P. memorable with a trip through the Soo Locks, located 50 miles north of the Mackinac Bridge. Experience a 90-minute tour through the Soo Locks, the world's largest parallel locking system that resolves the 21-foot variance between Lake Huron and Lake Superior. During the summer months, the lighthouse cruise is also a memorable educational and relaxing maritime adventure.
