In 2013 North Peak beer production was moved from Old Mission to a
70,000-square-foot production brewery in Dexter MI, where it would have the capacity to meet the rising demand for the beer. Every nuance and
detail of the 51.5 barrel brewing system was driven by Master Brewer Ron
Jeffries exact requirements. He and his team continue to write and perfect the North Peak beer recipes today. No matter where our beer is brewed or distributed one thing will never
change, the heart, and roots of North Peak will always be in Northern
