Torch Lake Family Cottage

The Torch Lake Family Cottage is situated on the west side of Torch Lake, 8 miles from Elk Rapids. It's gorgeous lake views are visible from every room. With four bedrooms, two full baths, screened in porch and 250 feet of lake front, you will not want to leave. The open floor plan, spacious rooms, full kitchen with connecting porches, entryway and carport gives you ample room for enjoyment. The sandy beach has a fire pit and plenty of beach toys. Volleyball and bad-mitten net provides a great pass time for all, along with a private tennis and basketball court. Swim dock is suitable for temporary dock-age but boats must be moored (moorings provided) overnight or for extended periods. Morning sunrises and all day sun is to most everyone's delight but the screened in porch and shaded areas of enormous mature oak and black walnut trees in the summer light are magical. At night watch the village and harbor of Alden light up after the sunset glow. The path of the moonlight on the water and reflection of stars abound. You will be mesmerized by the quiet setting and family time. One week minimum stay, but please inquire about extended stay and/or multiple property rental discounts. Sleeps 8 - 10 guests, plus 4-5 at the Torch Lake Guest House (2 bedroom, 2 bath) next door, including another 150' lake frontage, separate dock and mooring. Pets not allowed, sorry.
