Historic waterfront cottage two bedrooms, one bath known as 'Tumble Down' with amazing sunsets. Originally built in 1923 by a well known gentleman who built many field stone cottages in the area, several of which are on West Crooked Lake. Tumble Down is located on low boat traffic, West Crooked Lake with access to East Crooked Lake. Both are all sports lakes. Relax and barbecue on your private deck overlooking the lake, swing on the porch swing, enjoy the hot tub or roast marshmallows over the campfire. Sunbathing on the private beach, deck or dock. Paddle around the lake in the paddle boat provided, bring your own boat or rent our 25 foot pontoon boat for an additional fee. Boat launch 1/2 mile away. Property has extensive gardens and was featured on the LACASA garden tour in 2010. Be sure to explore the secret gnome garden. Courtyard with fountain. Tumble Down has much to offer year round, enjoy foliage color in the fall, cross country skiing and ice fishing in the winter.
