VPN Properties is a local Northern Michigan company that has been developing, selling, and helping people discover and enjoy the vacation of their dreams since 1992. We are located within a few miles of all of our properties in the Shanty Creek area of Bellaire, MI and have on-site reservations, maintenance, and housekeeping departments; located right at Summit Village. We are in the middle of it all and ready to help you plan and enjoy your vacation.
