Held on the Saturday and Sunday of the Memorial Weekend Holiday (May 29-30), this year’s show will host over 100 crafter booths in Shoreline Park in Tawas City, right off of US-23. Be sure to come out and browse through their beautiful and unique hand-made arts and crafts. “We’re very pleased to welcome a great mix of artists to the Tawases and help them showcase their products in our community,” commented the Chamber’s show coordinator Judy Howe.
The show will feature a diverse collection of leather goods, yard art, furniture, home décor items, clothes, doll accessories, lotions, paintings, photography, jewelry, rugs, and food items such as salsa, fudge, spices, nuts, and kettle corn. “This show has something for everyone - no matter what your interest, there’s something for you,” continued Howe.
The event will be open on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Memorial Weekend Show is one of two arts and crafts shows annually hosted by the Tawas Area Chamber of Commerce.
