The Arts Center is honored to host acclaimed performer, educator, and mime artist Bill Bowers for a week-long residency featuring performances, workshops, master classes, and final performance on Friday October 9 2026 at 7pm. An internationally recognized artist, Bowers has performed on Broadway, around the world, and at some of the nations most respected cultural institutions.
Throughout the residency, participants will explore the art of physical storytelling, discovering how movement, gesture, and presence can communicate powerful ideas beyond words. Students and community members alike will have opportunities to engage directly with Bowers through educational programming designed to foster creativity, confidence, and artistic expression.
The residency will culminate in a public performance showcasing Bowers extraordinary ability to blend humor, humanity, and theatrical artistry.
