Contact
Volunteers are needed to help remove woody invasive species in the beautiful lake plain prairie at Grand Mere State Park. Join us on a beautiful hike and help reclaim the native habitat that makes this area thrive. Volunteers will learn to identify invasive shrubs before cutting them down. All equipment will be provided.
Long pants, long shirts and closed-toed shoes are highly recommended.
Register by emailing Tyler Lidgard at [email protected].
For more information, visit the Volunteer stewardship webpage.
A Recreation Passport is required for vehicle entry into Michigan state parks.
