Enjoy a lantern-lit snowshoe hike along the 1.25-mile Old Growth Trail, winding through towering old pines and hemlocks. A cozy campfire will be waiting at the Logging Museum for you to enjoy. Visit us anytime between 5:30–8:30 PM; no preregistration required.
Trails may be icy, so yak-tracks and/or ski poles are recommended.
A Recreation Passport is required for vehicle entry into Michigan state parks. To make a camping reservation, visit MIDNRReservations.com or call 1-800-447-2757.
Please Note: Dates occasionally change and events may be canceled due to inclement weather and other reasons. Please call the park to confirm dates/times prior to your arrival.
