Acreage over 500 acres combined. Frontage: over four miles along the Pigeon River. Oak--Pine forests on steep bluffs above the Pigeon River. Over five miles of trails. A small cabin on the Andreae Preserve is available for use by non-profit or community groups; there is no charge, but reservations are required. These preserves are a few miles southeast of Indian River. Parking for Andreae Preserve is along the split-rail fence at the intersection of Riverwood Road and Big Sky Trail. Parking for Banwell Preserve is accessed from Dunn Road on the east side of the preserve.
