We opened our doors to the public in December of 2006. Since then, we have grown in to Downtown Detroit's favorite neighborhood spot. In December of 2004, Jerry Belanger bought the building located at 2040 Park and began the long journey to building a cultural and artistic hub for Detroit based actors, artists, and musicians. Metro Detroiters have since discovered the Park Bar and made it one of their favorite stops on their way to a Tiger's game, Lion's game, or if they're headed to a show in the theatre district. We are proud to support Michigan based micro-breweries. You can always find a large selection of Michigan's finest craft beers.
