Two lakefront cottages available for rent on one property on beautiful Burt Lake.
Both cottages are available Jun 6-27 & Aug 29-Sep 27, 2026.
Rentals are by the week and during June-September.
Cottage A: 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 doubles), 1 bath, living room (pull out sofa with double mattress), dining area, fully stocked kitchen (no dishwasher), linens, basement laundry, wi-fi internet, cable TV, outdoor hammock; $2,000/week.
Cottage B: 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double), 1 loft (2 twin mattresses), living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, linens, laundry, deck, wi-fi internet, cable TV; $1,800/week.
Dogs welcome (max 2), additional $125/wk/cottage. Rental period is Saturday at 4 pm to the following Saturday at 10 am.
A 22 ft V bottom boat lift, 1 mooring buoy, 2 jet ski lifts (must be reserved in advance), 4 kayaks, 2 charcoal grills (1 per cottage) are available for use.
Nearby attractions include: hiking; raft, tube & kayak trips on the Sturgeon River; outdoor mini-golf & ropes course; 18-hole championship golfing; rails to trails path from Indian River to Topinabee along Mullett Lake shoreline.
Easy day trips to Petosky & Harbor Springs (25 min drive); Mackinaw City (35 min); Mackinac Island (via Mackinaw City ferries).
