A classic venue, in the midst of being reimagined. We are bringing together the nostalgia of Detroit's golden age and colliding it with the economic resurgence of the city in a soon to be sophisticated and state-of-the art venue. The Hotel St. Regis is a landmark structure in the historic New Center district. Over the decades, we have welcomed an array of infamous patrons, including Martin Luther King, Jr., Aretha Franklin, Mick Jagger, and a deluge of Motown stars. Join us in our journey as we will be open as we revitalize our hotel.

I didn't rate this "terrible" but I felt it was nearly that bad when I stayed at this place for one night. If I had had plans for more than a night's stay, I would have moved to a different hotel...
