Lakeview Resort

Lakeview Resort is a family-style resort on all-sports Fremont Lake (about 800 acre lake). Fremont Lake is the largest lake in Newaygo County.

We have six cottages that can accommodate up to 32 people as follows:

Four lakefront cottages sleep six each (two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room). $630/week plus 6% tax.

Brick cottage also at the lake level sleeps four (one bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living/kitchen area). Small cottage with microwave and two burner hot plate (no stove) and full size refrigerator. $475/week plus 6% tax.

Efficiency cottage is 27 steps up from the lake level.. It sleeps four people all in the same room (double bed that "t's" into a double sleeper sofa). No stove, but it has a microwave and two burner hot plate and full size refrigerator. $425/week plus 6% tax.

Each cottage has their own private bathroom. A picnic table comes with each cottage. We have one firepit area, so we provide the firewood. Each cottage is furnished with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, blankets, and pillows. We do not allow pets, and we are not handicapped accessible.

Fremont Lake gets to a depth of about 88 feet. Our swimming area is sandy and shallow. We provide a volleyball/badminton area, horseshoes, a small swingset/slide area, and a grassy area with both sun and shade.
