Pere Marquette State Trail Head

The Lake Station Trail Head is located along the paved Pere Marquette State Trail approximately 13 miles East of Clare, Michigan.  From our Trail Head location you can ride uninterrupted East 12 miles to Clare or 45 miles West to Baldwin, MI. From our Lake Station Trail Head it is approximatly 27 miles to Reed City, MI. where trail riders can intersect the Fred Meijer White Pine State Trail South to Grand Rapids or North to Cadillac.  The Lake Station Trail Head has paved parking accommodations for cars and cars with trailers (bikes, snowmobiles). The station has a bathroom location, running water, air service, bike racks, a picnic pavilion and nearby food and drink locations.
