Sand Point Charters is located in the beautiful Keweenaw Peninsula and offers Charter Fishing and Scenic Tours on Lake Superior. Our fishing charters offer fishing trips on Lake Superior and Lac La Belle where you might catch a variety of fish including Lake Trout (a specialty of the cold waters of Lake Superior), Coho Salmon, Steelhead, and King Salmon. We offer half day and full day fishing trips, or a day long trip to Stannard Rock, 35 miles offshore where the large Lake Trout are lurking. Our boats, the 30’ “Fishin’ Mission” will accommodate 6 people while our Harbercraft “Helm-N Buoys” will hold 4 people. The boats are DNR inspected and approved, equipped with the essential fishing equipment & safety gear, and a private bathroom. Anglers will need a Michigan Fishing license.
