Sturgeon Valley Campground

OPEN ALL YEAR ! The Sturgeon Valley Campground is welcoming Horses. With 63 campsites and 83 acres of property and Hundreds of Miles of open trails in Mackinaw State Forest just across the street, and Hundreds more down the road in Pigeon River Country State Forest, and the Rails to Trails #7 adjoining our property. The campsites are grassy with shade trees lining each site. Water and 30 amp electric and dump station or honeywagon service available. All of the sites are oversized and have close access to modern heated restrooms and HOT showers. A Coin laundry is also available. Cabin rentals available. Activities include fishing on the Sturgeon River, and Kiddie fishing in a stocked pond. Tubing on the river, canoeing, kayaking, hiking on the nature trail, Feeding and petting the farm animals including Rabbits, Ducks, Chickens, Goats, Sheep, more possible from time to time. Horseshoe pits, Volley ball court, Paddle boat on the pond, covered pavillion. Groups welcome with reservations. Call for more information.
