This beginner-friendly, Becoming an Outdoors Woman archery program aims to empower women by teaching the fundamentals of safe shooting while building essential skills and confidence on the range. Participants will progress from basic techniques of archery using compound bows, then exploring equipment and practical applications for bowhunting. Equipment and lunch are provided, allowing participants to focus on learning and enjoying the experience!
Hosted at the Carl T. Johnson Hunting and Fishing Center in Cadillac, the cost for the program is $25. Dress for the weather; we'll be in a covered outdoor pavilion.
Must be 18 or older to attend.
