Jazz & Blues - Chris Buzzelli

Besides having a lengthy career as an educator, Chris Buzzelli has performed with jazz artists from Dizzy Gillespie to Branford Marsalis, and Broadway stars such as Kristen Chenoweth and Bernadette Peters. In this concert of solo guitar selections, Buzzelli will draw from a wide variety of genres including classical, jazz, bossa nova and pop music from the early 20th century to the 1970s. His instrument of choice is the 7-string guitar, which adds an extra bass string to the standard guitar, providing additional depth and richness to his sound.
